Initiating the refund purchase for the Right-side board and running into issues, I messaged Mobile Revival and they then claimed that they have never done business with my account, despite me purchasing this item not too long ago. I tried to cancel the order before it was even shipped and they said it was not their problem / job then started going on ending with :“ youre lower than pond bacteria.” Honestly wouldnt recommend doing business with them. They take money and basically tell you to F-off. I can’t make this a negative review. To clarify, you demanded that we cancel your order after it was already shipped, you tried to cancel it two days after ordering. You then demanded that we contact the post office to make them stop the order, which is not possible without paying a fee if they can even stop it, which you just expected us to pay for your incompetence of not knowing what you ordered. You then sent a message cussing out my staff and telling them to f off.
