I ended up with with a box that had the Alph sleeve on it, but was the Bravo box and contents inside. I was able to easily resell the item, and the first time I reciprocate the wrong item, I was able to easily return it. Great communication overall and easy to work with, also de entertainment shipping times as well.

There were some missing attachments but when I communicated this to the seller, they quickly agreed on a partial refund to cover sourcing replacements. I really appreciate sellers that comprehend the value of good customer service. I would absolutely buy from this seller again and encourage other buyers to do the same as not all sellers are willing to "right a wrong"!
