For the past 4 months I must have purchased at least 30 items from them. I will keep buying from them because they have the best prices and super fast shipping. They package everything so well. I highly recommend them. They are the best seller on ebay!! Always adding new items.

The only issue I had with my item was that the seller shipped the item in the original manufacturer's packaging/box and the exterior of the box and interior egg shell packaging was damaged during the shipping process. Luckily, the FoodSaver was not damaged because I have been using it w/o any issues.

I contacted the seller and they checked their remaining inventory and found they all had the part missing. A prompt refund was issued.
