It also states that the hanging kit comes with the plaques. Maybe try reading the description before buying so you know exactly what to expect. And yes you had to pay to return them because they are exactly as stated in the description

Contacted seller as bulb seemed to flicker on first touch then come on fully on 2nd touch. Prompt reply from seller who explained it sounded like we weren't using a dimmable bulb.
