When doing the scheduled maintenance, just do not eye ball/touch the components but retorque the items. The clamping force is what keeps the control arms in place but not retorquing them on a regular basis (100K on mine now) will allow the bolt to wallow hole and file down the bolt. Things we learn along the way!!

Their delivery information is in the federal work force dream sphere. In fact, they were processed in and out of the same USPS “distribution facility” for 3 1/2 days multiple times. Their crack messaging lets you know where the product was, not where it is, nor any semblance of when it might be delivered. NOT supplier’s fault!
