    Beautiful item, totally as described, great value for a top of the line dream laptop. Couple of small niggles with the laptop, and here the seller showed his true quality, he called me directly to talk through these minor issues, that to me was above and beyond sorted out everything and even provided me with a couple of extras as a gesture of goodwill. I would have no issues buying from this seller again, great people to deal with. Sorry feedback is a bit late, common Ebay issue not mine.

    No communication, only dispatched after 2 weeks and when demanded return they only refunded half of money claiming that laptop was damaged. Thanks to ebay they reviewed the case and returned the rest of money. Please avoid unless you want to loose money.

    The buyer sent me the item damaged with broken screen. He must have dropped. It was fully as described; it was sent within the declared timescale that is offered on our ebay shop. Ebay did not find me at fault.

    Could be better

    This is a good laptop if you're just after surfing the web or listening to music and the storage space is great. Other than that I would save your money and put it towards a faster/better quality laptop. I was aware it didnt come with a disk drive and figured I wouldnt miss it but the one time you need it, it becomes annoying that you haven't got one. Again, same with the start up speed of the laptop, feels sluggish but I guess you get what you pay for. Bonus was the screen size and storage space for the price (£124.99).

    Lightweight with some good features, but its not super fast.

    I bought this laptop, for light usage, I was pretty surprised how really slow it was both AMD processor and hard drive. To get around this thank fully the access cover was easy to remove and changed the slow hdd to a ssd, replaced the O.S. with a fresh install to the current version of windows downloaded drivers and now its a perfectly serviceable laptop for my step daughter.

    Fine for my purposes

    My first non Dell laptop in 10 years. It's just what I wanted in weight and size, graphics etc. But it isn't as fast as I was expecting and has short 4 hr battery life, I don't understand why other reviews gave it a good battery life, so I may have the battery checked.

    Nice little laptop

    Great value is the criterion - bang for buck. This came as manufacturer refurbished from Argos top floor but it is basically new. Love the wifi speed which is almost as quick as when hard wired. This model has an RJ45 port which I find essential but so many laptops now don't have them. The surface finish is superb. Not sure if I miss having a DVD drive built in. Love the matte screen - it was an unexpected bonus. Keyboard is clicky but that's fine. Runs really cool - that was a welcome surprise too.
