    The Mean Well RS-15-5 was in new condition as advertised, but was inadequately packaged and arrived damaged. However, I am not faulting the seller's packaging. The item has a sheet metal cage, the forces required for the shipper to crush it were extreme. Seller promptly refunded the full purchase price and shipping costs. I would do business with the seller again.

    Dometic 3316250.000 Polar White Capacitive LCD Touch Thermostat

    According to Dometic this is the direct replacement of my old thermostat. Just got back from a GREAT weekend of camping. The weather was such that besides being Off, I also had to use all 3 modes, Fan-A/C, Heat. Unit worked very well, easy to read,the back light comes on bright then turns off a couple seconds after you make your adjustments. What I didn't like is that the screw holes on the old unit are diagonal, and the new mount is side to side.

    Plug and Play!

    Plug and play upgrade for an old style Dometic thermostat. Just reconnected three wires and it worked perfectly controlling furnace, fan, A/C and heat pump in our RV. All Dometic units are reverse compatible, so upgrades are easy!

    Dometic RV Thermostat

    This thermostat is so easy to use, just a light touch on the keypad and it responds to the input. We have used it probably on 5 occasions now without a hickup. Glad to have it as a replacement to a much higher cost alternative.

    EZ to install.

    Hook up, everything works great. Then put face plate on (nothing works) Took face plate off everything works fine. Put faceplate on nothing works. Doesn't anybody test these things before shipping?
