So I got these great soft strings and he loves them no sore fingers brand new strings they sound great on his baby blue ridged. Great price and sharp looking strings

However the alto sax reeds that I ordered prior to those had not yet arrived. There was no tracking on the shipment so I had no way of knowing where they might be. Seller suggested that if I didn’t receive the alto reeds by a certain date to let them know, which I did. Even though I informed seller that I would rather have the reeds than a refund but requested tracking seller issued a refund that im awaiting.
