I install the old one back in and now the remote works fine. You figure that out! "I installed the old one back" doesn't sound right because this is a new additional part that doesn't replace anything. A certified repair man doesn't know my product and ironically I hear about more problems from mechanics than regular users. They don't want to take the time to read the directions or understand the product so they make more assumptions. The repair may have been installed upside down or on top of the plastic light pipe not the circuit board

Items were well packaged in an additional envelope and an instruction sheet was also enclosed. Have finely been able to replace first pad and instructions were found to be excellent. This pad is now working correctly. To this point I am well satisfied with both product and seller.

I almost paid $300.00 buying a new remote Not only was I able to fix it! Mom ca use her bed, and she suffers from Dementia. I 100% recommend anyone that is having an issue with the remote, You can contact plrepair he does answer all of your question. and when you receive you product he sends all type of info, a link that you scan to help you put it together. Awesome service! thank you once again!

Thought I would have to spend several hundred or thousand dollars to either replace the base or the whole bed but this guy manged to get my remote working for around $50. Communication was very good, looked at the pics I sent and he let me know it was fixable. Also, explained how the "order" and "shipping" worked and turnaround time was fairly quick, about 3 weeks for me to send the remote, him to fix and send back.
