Great release for Wes Craven fans!!
This is another superb release by Shout Factory. This is a collector's edition so in typical Shout Factory fashion, we get some nice new cover art and a slew of special features. This happens to be my favorite Wes Craven film and they did such a great job with this release. Includes an amazing interview with actress Wendy Robie (who is phenomenal and utterly haunting in this movie) and interviews with the effects legends from KNB; Greg Nicotero, Howard Berger and Rob Kurtzman. Also has behind-the-scenes-footage, commentary with director Wes Craven and theatrical trailer. If you love this movie, you will be beyond happy with this release. It's perfect.

Looks amazing
I pretty much only like this movie because of Everett McGill (and Wendy Robie) to be honest. It's cheesy, the kid is annoying, but it's pretty good overall. This particular release looks amazing, the sound is better than my old DVD copy, and the artwork on the case is pretty cool.
