I tried within minutes to cancel it, and I just couldn’t do it. He wouldn’t let me. So I sent a message to him, and though I got no reply, I told him what set I would’ve preferred. And he actually made it right and sent that set which I appreciate. I still think you should be able to cancel an order within minutes of placing it. In my opinion Rico Plasticover reeds are the best. I've been playing saxophone for over fifty years and these reeds are by far the best reeds.
