I contacted them again, and no response. Finally after several days, they asked when I purchased the item. I responded and haven’t heard from them since. Very disappointed. This item is returnable until November 1st but difficult to return when it hasn’t been received. Beware of this seller! I didn’t put Great Job on this rating but I can’t remove it!!

I tried to communicate with them and was ignored till I involved eBay. They tried to offer a ridiculous partial refund that I declined. The end result Ebay suggested to return the $13 item. My time is worth more than $13 dollars and don't have the time to print the label, package it and drive to USPS.
