The reason I went for you is because I want a check brown one to match my Study and therefore paid 25% more, otherwise I could go for another retailer with much lower price...there's no communication whatsoever about it ....it's pretty slow as well. not happy at all.

It was not the quality we had expected., The zip was broken so unusable..We asked for a replacement . They asked if we could mend it and they would refund half the cost. It could not be mended. Again asked for a replacement.and they asked us to send it back. I asked why we should bare the cost. We said we would return it when the new item was sent. I now cannot trust them to replace it. I certainly would not recommend this company
