When I could not reach the receiving dock, I sent the seller an email and they followed up with a phone call within an hour or two. The product is as described, well built and works great. While the assembly directions are minimal, it is very easy to assemble with the exploded diagram provided. They cancelled my order twice before I finally found out that they wanted a different address to ship to. Also we lost about $100 dollars because the sale that was in effect when I first ordered was over.
