As described & arrived quickly, although I had problems with quality control and miscommunication, which meant extra expenditure and did inconvenience me on a couple of occasions - HOWEVER, I can't fault the overall correspondences, customer service and resolution - I wasn't ultimately left out of pocket, and refunds were forthcoming after gentle reminder.

Their customer service and speed of delivery were outstanding and I am now a very happy customer. Oh, and did I mention that the union jack "man bag" that I purchased is of the highest quality. If you are into leather man bags, I recommend this one to all. It really is worth the money and I love mine. Excellent!
