Everything came together in one box 3 to 4 times too big so the monitor and stand were both bouncing about inside with no inner stuffing material at all. The 12 month guarantee was not in the box & we didn't receive an email but upon contacting the seller they assured me by quick reply that we did indeed have said guarantee, which was a bonus for us. So far delighted with delivery, the computer & the service provided.
