There were only a few shallow cosmetic scratches on the faceplate; easily could get buffered away if it was a bother. There was no yellowing on the screen One thing to note is that it came pre-modded. I was going to do that anyway so it was a pleasant surprise, but that might bother some people Overall, very satisfied with the purchase and the device! :)
