I sent in the board and had it a week or two and back and installed in the ice machine. It works great! And just in time for another heat wave. Quick, efficient, and Tony communicates well to ensure everything is taken care of to the best of his ability! I was able to remove the board and send it in for repair. The communication with the company was good, and fortunately they had an old board there which they were able to salvage parts from. The repair was completed inside a couple of days, and fast shipped back.
