I’m sure that in a normal BT phone socket this adapter would work perfectly but I needed to plug the lead into the phone socket on a EE WiFi router and unfortunately it wasn’t working & sent the landline phone a bit crazy. This is probably more to do with the way the router works though so will have to try something else, but don’t let that put you off as there shouldn’t be a problem normally.
