Pretty neat.
I have not had these long so I cannot speak longevity but they seem well constructed. They play a few nice different color schemes and are pretty darn bright. Warnings. 1: If you have a very big house go ahead and get two or more. I have what I would call an average size "Brady Bunch" 70s style level house and had to have two in order to light up the whole house . 2: The remote is RF that is good. The only bad thing is that you get one remote in each box and they must run on the same frequency because you cannot operate the lasers independently. One remote will control both lasers at the same time but its kind of lazy. What i mean is this. If you press the buttons on the remote (either one if you have two remotes) instead of both lasers changing to off or on 1st light theme 2nd light ... I will bet my RC would change their lights and visa versa. I give this a 4 star rate because of that only. Fact is these are fun and cool too.

Good, but think about the obvious
This worked as described, and sure beats hanging lights on the house! But, I didn't really think about the obvious when I ordered it in that we have a large tree directly in front of our house, so in order to use it, I have to move it behind our driveway to the right side of our house. Fine, except we can't park our cars in the driveway and use the Laser. Otherwise, I like it. Get two if you have even a somewhat large surface to cover. 20' X 20' is about the max. I expect when you see "covers 3000 square feet" it is probably referring to the average home living footage that one would work for. I am going to order another next year and play with shining on our tree and the side of the house we can't quite reach with one.This worked as described, and sure beats hanging lights on the house! My evaluation on this laser.
Received this item and tested inside and worked great. Placed outside, and had some trouble getting it to work. Once I did the red laser worked great, however the green laser was not visible for several minutes, and then it finally works (not sure if in colder climates it needs a warm-up period). I found this to be an issue in below freezing temperatures. Above freezing temperatures the green and red lasers work as described. The remote control is a nice feature. Having the ability with a stake for outdoor use, and tripod for indoor use allow variable options.Received this item and tested inside and worked great. Does A Decent Job Of A Mesmerizing Light Show
This unit does what it's supposed to do, with limitations. The green laser overpowers the red laser. As the distance increases, the red laser is barely visible. The motion settings work OK, but could be better. I would recommend it to enhance background lighting, especially for the price.
