They happily allowed me to return it at no cost however, the replacement was shipped using the same packing method. It was lucky that this time it arrived undamaged. Please improve the quality of your packing as heavy wooden items like these need to be well protected and kept away from the sides of the box during shipping.

It arrived 4 days after ordering from Sydney and extremely well packaged in layers of bubble wrap inside the carton. I would recommend this seller and would again buy from Peters of Kensington. Postage costs were very good as this is a big heavy vase. Item was as described and very good value for such a beautiful big Zibo vase.
