I got the same response many times that made no sense. Contacted ebay & they were going to step in. I don't believe they did but I had Covid for the past couple of weeks & unable to take any more action till now. BTW - got this package 2 days ago. I will probably never trust this seller again. Very poor communication or care about customers.
