When I tried to lighten the hair it fell apart. When I contacted the company, I offered to send the hair back so they can see the poor quality but they refused as they wouldn’t be able to sell it on??? I wouldn’t thought they were concerned over the hair but they were not all. They offered me a 13% refund which I refused. Q. Can I dye /color the hair? A. Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker , not lighter since the hair extension has been processed and colored, it is difficulty to fade the original color.
