The box unfortunately arrived with one side caved in from the shipping company. The Darth Revan helmet was really warped as a result. The seller worked with me and I was able to reshape most of it with a hair dryer. The visor needs to be replaced and the foam stripped so I can completely reshape it. The seller provided a partial refund as compensation which was really nice! I contacted the seller and they immediately agreed to exchange it for a larger size. All I had to do was ship the first shirt back to them, which I did.
