However the Empathy version included a separate satchet of dipping gel for bare root plants so this was a bonus. Condition of the product was excellent and super value especially as the gel.was included.

I got a part refund on the plants as one arrived ok and the other was in a awful state. After I contacted seller they acted very fast, offered a replacement or refund. Prompt dispatch and delivery and reasonably priced. Packaging a bit loose as ordered 2 bottles sent in a box for 4 so the plastic measuring beaker arrived broken again. Could do with some scrunched up brown paper or bubble wrap to pack out the spare space or a smaller box for transit.
