I reached out to help, but he immediately called me a "dirt bag" and later a "BS scammer." I understand his frustration, apologized, explained the issue, and offered immediate replacement—even on a Saturday during a holiday weekend. Buyer ignored all follow-ups, refused help, and left negative feedback without allowing me to resolve it. Order shipped the day after purchase; USPS delays were unfortunately beyond my control.
