    L- tryptophan review

    The caps are not too large, easy for me to swallow. My insomnia can be severe, so this doesn't really stop it, however, it helps me to feel less anxious about not sleeping. Less anxiety means more hope for falling asleep!

    what your body needs and cannot make

    I take this at night to sleep well. I also take it during the day for depression. It is a healthy way to deal with both issues without RX drugs.

    One of the best sleep aids ever!

    5-HTP makes me snore, as does melatonin. And the prescription stuff? Forget it -- highly addictive and sometimes dangerous. L-Tryptophan, on the other hand, is a natural sleep aid AND helps boost serotonin levels. Love this stuff. I find this brand the most cost effective.

    Lots of hope for sleep

    Based on the mostly positive reviews I had hopes that this product would help me sleep. After a few weeks of taking 4 per at bed-time there is no change in my sleep quality. I will continue to take them but do not have much hope that they will help.

    Tryptophan

    Same stuff that makes you sleepy after a Thanksgiving turkey. Good sleep aid for severe insomniacs. Cures mild cases to the those needing institutionalized for problem in 1 weeks use for any person on the face of this earth.
