We dispatched Tuesday 1st July and with free delivery you received Friday morning 4th July a day early! So not delayed at all. In 8 years we have never heard of any issue with applying these but you did say a "new wall" which suggests that either the paint has not fully dried out or possibly the concrete has not fully dried meaning application is much more difficult. But you say it looks good now you have applied so not sure why the feedback is poor?
