I have ordered other Generac parts and the box was from the manufacturer or the item was sealed in a Generac bag. I'm including pictures of the item I received. Other than that, the pump works great. When you buy something from JD, they give you a free parts manual with it. Their parts manual has JDs part No# in it. Not the manufactures part Numbers! Why?
