I was under the assumption that I would be receiving UNREFINED Cocoa Butter - in future please state UNREFINED in your caption title. As in my case I did not peruse the full description blurb and just purchased on impulse! It also appears to have arrived as shavings instead of good chunky top quality pieces. As a result I will not be repurchasing this product from this seller in the future.

Not only is the quality fantastic, but the way the parcels were wrapped is frankly the best I have ever seen. All items were super secure and yet they accomplished this with minimal materials (environmentaly friendly = big plus for me) AND super easy to unwrap. I didn't have need for any communication.
