    Coffee heaven

    I bought this for my husband because our old one broke. It is fantastic, it grinds the beans perfectly and also makes lovely filter coffee. Only down side is that it doesn't keep the coffee hot for long but it is soon warmed up in the microwave. Well worth the money and my husband loves it

    It's a good coffee maker

    Good build quality, looks are fine. it's a very substantial coffee maker and feels almost like a professional machine. It's easy to fill which is a godsend for me as I have arthritis in my right hand. I really can only find one minor thing against it the coffee could be just a little hotter. However this is a very minor thing in fact the coffee is ready to drink as soon as made.

    Great coffee at a great price

    I previously owned a DeLonghi bean to cup coffee machine which cost around £450. I needed a replacement, but didn’t want to pay that sort of money again, so when I saw this for £65, I had to have it! Yes, it doesn’t have a milk frother, but I never used that anyway. I can still use beans, and the aroma is just as good as before when they’re being ground. Any machine will never produce boiling hot coffee of course, but the coffee from this is plenty hot enough for me, and compares favourably with the DeLonghi. I like the fact that when you clean the filter, the filter holder, and the carafe , you are cleaning every part that comes into contact with the coffee - the Deloghi is much more complex, and you’re never able to get to every part to clean it. So, to summarise, I’m delighted with it!!

    Real Coffee at last

    No instructions were included with the machine, but they were easily obtained from Russell Hobbs website. The machine itself is easy to use and clean. Some experimentation is required to obtain the coffee taste and strength that you like. I like the simplicity of use. Just put in the beans (to your taste) put in the water and set the machine to run (again to your tastes). Minutes later you have a delicious cup of coffee as you like it. Once you've mastered the amount of beans you like and the setting to give you your desired taste you won't go back to buying ground coffee again.
