Seller then deducted funds from the refund claiming that item wasn’t returned in the same condition it was returned. Contacted seller again for full refund. Seller stated item was working upon arrival to them. Had to involve eBay involved for full refund. I sent seller Pictures of vitamix from different outlets not working and my items in my outlets working.
