    As an overseas buyer, I initially met some technical problems trying to make my purchase.The seller was quick to respond, and communicated well with me throughout the whole process whilst the issue was being resolved.     It didn't come with the cables necessary for it to work properly and just not showing photos of cables that were supposed to be included is in my opinion not full disclosure. Especially when the original box is included. I asked for a partial refund to make up for the missing cables and to make what I recieved closer to fair value for the price, and he complied. I consider him a good seller because at least when a mistake was made, he made it right.

    Great conference calling/speakerphone and bluetooth speaker for not a lot of money

    Fast bluetooth pairing, good clear sound, good microphone. Perfect for those conference calls via pairing to the phone or computer while working from home. When not on a conference call, it plays music and has good sound quality. Automatic shut-off feature when not used for a while to conserve power. Battery is long lasting and can last days between recharges after being used for 5 or more hours of conference calls a day. Only wish the case had a pouch to hold the USB to USB-C power cord.

    Best portable conference speaker for the money. One of the best at any price.

    Works flawlessly with my Android phone. When it's muted, the inner ring lights up red, which is great. The same ring lights up in the direction from which the microphone is picking up sound, which is also helpful. The buttons are spaced enough apart to prevent accidental drops. The speaker gets louder than needed. If I had to criticize one thing, it would be that it would be nice if there was more bass in the speaker sound. Otherwise, the sound is perfectly clear.

    If you want a speaker phone buy this one

    Everything works as desired. Connects easily. Excellent tone quality. Handy to move to various locations. Plus, just plug into usb port and it takes over automatically for video conferencing, no configuration was required My only complaint would be the same as everything one buys these days is manuals are minimal.

    Great for Aging Ears

    I got this for my mother who always had a hard time hearing the speaker on her phone. It was the solution. She is still getting used to how it works, but it's portable enough for her to move to another room during a call. It will also come in handy if we have to call her doctor or insurance company together.

    Excellent portable speaker phone

    Excellent speakerphone. Easily connects with Bluetooth, long battery life, clear speaker with good volume, and 6 microphone array picks up voices from multiple speakers. Compact size; included case makes it convenient for portable use.
