Although it would be been cheaper to order directly from Rhino, my personal experience with Rhino's shipping has been so dreadful that I was OK with paying more. Thrice when Rhino had shipped from USA to Europe, the CD boxed set would get stuck in a holding pattern for over a month in a depot somewhere in NJ for no good reason before finally crossing the pond and even then to a different city!
