The US Postal Service delivered it straight to my mailbox with a prompt email notification (BEST carrier) My only problem is that I must have only made a cursory examination of the item's photo because I thought I saw one of the shoelaces off but placed off to the side. It turns out that one shoelace was missing altogether. No worries since I cut the remaining one in half -problem fixed.
