    They advertised this item as used but functional and sent it physically damaged and unusable. There were multiple points of external and internal damage inside of a bubble wrapped and Styrofoam wrapped box with no signs of damage to the box. They have not responded to my attempt to contact them upon arrival several days ago. Do not buy from this company, especially not something advertised in "used" condition.

    While there was a problem with the item (it happens sometimes with used equipment), the seller worked with me to rectify the situation, and everything turned out great.     just as promised --used but working

    My identical brother printer stopped feeding paper just after I'd bought the old warhorse a pricey new high-volume toner (wouldn't you know it would happen this way). I took it to a shop for repair but they had no success. So since I liked the non-nonsense monochrome printer and regretted tossing the new toner along with disabled warhorse, I looked online and with some doubts decided to buy the used machine expressly offered without toner. It arrived well -packed, and after I set it up and popped in the barely used toner from the dysfunctional model, it started printing! Yes!! -- this is my perfect story of holding on to what you have--the toner-- and finding new compatible parts when needed so it can be used s'more.. Thanks.

    Overall a good printer

    Overall I find the quality of the print good. Also the seller supplied an extra toner cartridge that made the package more cost effective. When an important part (power cord) was missing fro the initial shipment, seller corrected the problem once communication was clarified. The only problem I have had with the printer is maintaining the wifi connection. It works fine if the usb connecting cord is used, but pri9nting via wifi is not consistent.

    Not Brand New

    Bought this printer to replace an identical printer that I had dropped. It arrived promptly as advertised and functions well with heavy use preparing income taxes. It was not, however, "Brand New" as it had obviously been unpacked, used, and repacked in most of the original packing material. The driver and manual disks were not included.
