I was super surprised at how well it was packaged. Plus I got a postcard as a backer for the state I live in which was a super delightful surprise!! The items were perfect and just as they were described and I felt that the shipping was absolutely right. The Secret Grotto is now one of my absolutely favorite shops!! Thank You!!

The photo always sent in a plastic sleeve with rigid supports on either side. As well as a thoughtful handwritten note. The shipping is super quick! the item is always as described as it appears on eBay. And most importantly the value is very good! I cannot recommend her enough!! If eBay had a category for National Treasures, without question! she would be wearing the crown!
