    New Stanley Products Don't Compare to Old Ones.

    I only used it one time and it broke. The weld that holds on one end came loose and took some of the blade with it. This is not the first time i've had issues with new Stanley products. I have some Stanley tools that are as old as i am that i still use, what happen to the new ones?

    When you just a bit of wood trimming to do.

    brand new in OEM packaging, to keep a spare blade on hand when the one I've used for several years wears out.

    Great rough planing/glue removal tool

    Have used these Surform blades for many years Great for rough sanding and glue removal. The Stanley blade holder is not the most comforable but there are 3rd party units that work and feel better.

    Getter shaved

    Wood, auto body filler, Sheetrock these are the best. Nothing worse than a dull surform file
