Long lasting, smooth application
This eyeliner has a very smooth, effortless application. It is long lasting, won't budge once it is applied. I remove it with a waterproof eye makeup remover. It is inexpensive for the quality. I would highly recommend.

I HAVE A HEAVY HAND...I FOUND A LIGHT HAND IS NECESSARY TO USE THIS 'GEL' PENCIL....I ALSO GOT WRONG COLOR, BUT I'M HAPPY ANYWAY!! I RECOMMEND.
