Very nice pure copper heatsink
I installed this in place of the aluminum heatsink on the southbridge of my Asus mainboard, and believe it to be doing a better job. It was necessary to remove three of the copper pins to accommodate my graphics controller, but that was easy because the copper is soft. I would buy again.

Pins fins are easy to straighten out when product in th package arrives with bent pins
Required for new prototype project. Product performs well.
