Very very happy. They sent my item so fast and my item came next day! They packed my figure really safely with bubble wrap and more packaging so she wouldn't move around in the cardboard box. Super quick postage, came fast after bank holiday weekend. As described, photos showed a leg ribbon missing but I found it had just gotten loose elsewhere inside the box, so even better knowing it's all there.
