Eveything else was same & it wasnt a currency conversion issue either. Seller had no idea why. Offered refund which I didnt want. I wanted simply to pay as per orignal won contract & assurance that if I pay higher amt, they will refund excess. They didnt know how to do that. Then they went silent for days & cancelled the win, using the Buyer Address reason so they wouldnt get a defect.
