They did offer a full refund but I had already cleaned the hat cause I wanted to try and keep it. The hat cleaned up surprisingly well considering the nasty sweat stains and told them I would appreciate a partial refund for my time cleaning and haven't heard anything back from them since ( about 2 weeks now).
