Detailed and realistic.
I used to love the "Discovery Channel" long ago. I no longer have it. These DVD'S remind me so much of all the great paranormal films from long ago. It's an awesome set and a great series. It includes all the original subjects of the haunting and telling their own stories. It just brings back all the nostalgia of decades ago.

A must-have supernatural documentary series.
This is a must-have for anyone interested in supernatural phenomenon that deals with ghosts, both good and evil spirits, demonology and life after death. Episodes are based on actual documented encounters with various supernatural happenings reenacted with many of the original people commenting on what happened to them or a loved one. It's more-or-less left up to the open-minded viewer whether or not the episode is to be believed.

Quite creepy but interesting
The stories presented in these programs are based on fact, and are quite creepy. They are, however very entertaining and keep your attention. If you like something like this, its ok to watch them in the dark...which makes it even more interesting. If something like this bothers you, I really wouldn't watch it, it could give nightmares.
