I contacted Kaleb about the problem. I do not believe that Kaleb knew about the defective scanner before he shipped it. He immediately wanted to help rectify the problem and agreed to issue me a refund. Kaleb was understanding and professional in the way he dealt with this and I would highly recommend anyone to purchase items from him.
