I have 2 other Windows 10 and a Windows 11 which is an expensive ornament on my desk. Just can't get on with it so bought yet another back-up. Exceptionally clean, and it looks brand new! I tend to stick with HP so I don't have to learn different methods and yes, I am old. I highly recommend this seller, and again, the price is remarkable. Many thanks.

My item was delivered on time & well packaged, the supplied items were intact & as per the description given by the seller. After connecting everything up, unfortunately the PC would not power up. I came to the conclusion the power cord supplied was faulty. The seller immediately sent out a brand new replacement cord. This seller has my utmost respect & is reputable. Thank U
