Great Second Doctor Adventure
Great Second Doctor story. The Ice Warriors are fun monsters/villains, Jamie and Zoe are cool, the supporting cast are good, it's full of action and some comedy, and most importantly, Patrick Troughton is wonderfully brilliant. Favourite Doctor and a favourite story.

Good idea, some plot aspects are ridiculous
Mankind has entrusted most transport ot a matter transference system, T-Mat. But there's no backup and when T-Mat is taken over by the bad guys, the Doctor has to sort things out. Suspend any thoughts of plot logic and you'll enjoy it. But I can't help wondering, why didn't they keep a few rockets in case T-Mat failed? And why would millions die if T-Mat is down for a few hours?? Chris Patrick
