Excellent Overview of Addiction
Professor Polk does a very good job of explaining addiction. He has a good speaking voice and makes the subject interesting. One caveat-----I listened to the cd version, but it would probably work best with the dvd version because you miss out on all of the visual displays and on-screen text. The only thing that I didn't like about this program ws that he didn't say much about how people with addiction can learn to overcome their battles with the various sustances and activities they are hooked on. Useful fact based strength training information and workouts.
Good, concise lecture about strength training and the research studies relevant to improving strength. The video shows which muscles are responsible for which body movements.
