Good little gizmo
This does exactly what it should do. We have the outside sensor on the porch and the display in a bedroom about 40 feet away, and it works fine. However, it has only one frequency that it operates on.....I was hoping that it would work with an older display with an A-B-C frequency switch (the older sensor quit working), but it does not. My fault for not checking, because the sensors look exactly alike.

One recommendation
Just the right info and large display for easy reading. One recommendation would be to make the display colors more contrasting. The black on gray is a little hard to see, especially in low light conditions.

Know your Temperature
Nice compact indoor and outdoor thermometer plus humidity meter. Wireless and easy to operate. I use it to keep track of the attic temperatures for establishing a average to work with a soon to be installed solar attic fan.

What I need to see, how I need to see it.
This is bedside and the large and upper numbers are what i look at as soon as I arise. In the winter I am sensitive to the low humidity in the apartment so it's great to track that as well I have one of these with the time and it is fine for the kitchen but I have 3 clocks in the bedroom so this is the perfect choice for there. The one I have had has lasted for years and I expect the same for this one. Bottom line: I have come to trust Acurite as I have watched many others make their way to the trash.

Great unit with basic information!
This is a really great basic unit. I wanted something with temperature and humidity. That's exactly what this unit tells me. I didn't want the over-complicated units that give a "weather forecast", time, moon phases, etc. This is a straight forward, accurate temperature station! Easy set up too!

More Features Than I Expected.
This thermometer/hygrometer allows me to easily keep track of indoor and outdoor temperatures and humidity. The display is large and easily readable. It also keeps track of temperature and humidity trends as well as maximum and minimum readings. I highly recommend this unit.

This was purchased for camping to know that the temperature is on both sides of my tent. Also the humidity, although when sitting next to each other on my kitchen table the two temperature readings are slightly different? Its good for what I use it for.

good product, simple and cute
Looks good; gives accurate readings of the temperature. I used to have another one that was more sophisticated, but 3x more expensive and I was not paying attention to those readings anyway.

Easy to set up.
The outdoor temperature seem's pretty accurate,compared to another temperature gauge i have in my balcony,. the indoor, seem's to be off about 2 degrees higher compared to my indoor thermostat.But, i don't know if my indoor thermostat is right or wrong.But i really bought this product for the outside temperature i can read from my kitchen.
