I contacted the seller and they told me I had to get in touch with you to get a return label so I could send them back they said they were sorry but they couldn't do anything . We encouraged the buyer to initiate a return through eBay in order to adhere to the terms and conditions we are held to as sellers. However, the buyer threated a negative review in order to exploit a complete refund and not returning the bowls.
